POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
COURSES (CPR/FA/AED/etc): Once payment has been processed, no cancellations or reschedules are accepted. No refunds will be given.
SESSIONS (REHAB/FITNESS/CONCIERGE/ETC): Once payment has been processed, no cancellations are accepted. No refunds will be given. See Rescheduling Policy.
Aziza Mobility reserves the right to cancel any classes/sessions without the possibility of refunds if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, WMATA suspension, building shutdowns, or other causes that are not caused by Aziza Mobility rendering us unable to conduct the class/session. If such situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expiration.
Aziza Mobility reserves the right to cancel any classes if classes fall below a minimum of 4 students. If such situations do occur, you will be notified at least 12 hours in advance and will be given a choice to reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.
SESSION RESCHEDULING POLICY
To reschedule: In order to reschedule, you must contact us at azizamobility@gmail.com up to 48 hours prior to the start of the session. We will not honor any rescheduling request if we do not have proof that you have attempted to contact us within the required timeframe. You may only reschedule once for each session you have purchased.
48 hours in advance or more notice: Reschedule requests may be made up to 48 hours or more before your session start time
24-48 hours before the day of the course: If you contact us within 24 hours to 48 hours before the start time of your class, an additional $25 fee will apply to reschedule your session.
24 hours or less: You are not allowed to reschedule within 24 hours or any time after the session. If you request to reschedule on the day of the session, you will be considered as a NO SHOW. Please see the NO SHOW policy below.
Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow repeat reschedules. If you attempt to reschedule more than once, you will be considered a NO SHOW.
LATENESS POLICY:
CLASSES: Please arrive on time. We recommend you to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, you will not be accepted into the class. You will be considered a NO SHOW.
SESSIONS: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 min late for a session, you will be considered as a NO SHOW (please see below for the NO SHOW policy). If you arrive between 15-30 min and choose to stay, your session will end on time as scheduled. If you arrive after 30 min, your session will be canceled. No refund will be issued.
NO SHOW POLICY:
CLASSES: You will be considered as a NO SHOW student if you are 15 minutes late or more. We will not issue any refund.
SESSIONS: You will be considered a NO SHOW client if you do not show up to a session within 15 minutes and do not notify us at least 24 hrs before the start of the session. We will not issue any refund.
You will be considered a NO SHOW client if you attempt to reschedule a session that has already been rescheduled. We will not issue any refund.
ONLINE + CLASSROOM COURSES:
Blended Courses (Half in-person / half online) REQUIRES every student to take an online course BEFORE the scheduled class date. If you fail to do the online part, you will not be allowed to sit for the skills session and will NOT receive a refund.
EMAIL LIST:
You will be added to the Aziza Mobility email list. This means you might receive emails in the future from us. You may unsubscribe to these messages at any time by contacting us.
REPLACEMENT CARD/MISSING CARD:
Your American Red Cross digital certificate will come to the email address you submitted during the registration process. Be sure to check your spam folder.
You are responsible for the correct spelling of your own name and email address when you register for a course. If you misspelled your name, you will have to pay the replacement card fee ($40) in order to obtain another card.
MISPRINTED CARD:
If you have taken a class with us but need to replace your certificate. You may email us at azizamobility@gmail.com for further instructions.

E-LEARNING/ONLINE ONLY COURSES:
NO REFUND will be issued after payment has been processed..
Exchanging from an online course to a physical in-class course is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.
PAYMENT POLICY:
ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ACH are accepted.
Registration is not confirmed until payment is complete and processed.
Once payment has been processed, no refunds are given.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE:
If a charge is placed in dispute by you (or the cardholder if it is not your credit card) because you (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, you will be responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used within Aziza Mobility LLC. We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing address, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (QuickBooks provided by Intuit Inc., Intuit Payment Solutions, LLC) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
LIABILITY POLICY:
Aziza Mobility LLC is not responsible for any injuries during the duration of the course, including the skills practice. If any part of the course will interfere and/or affect a medical condition that you have, you will alert the instructor to avoid possible injury. Instructors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person before, during and/or after the class, including injury, loss or damage which might be caused by the negligence of Aziza Mobility LLC and/or instructors Aziza Mobility LLC is associated with either as an employee and/or a sub-contractor.
